Insurance and Billing

We are under contract with many health insurance plans with which we file claims for our families.  As our contracts with insurance companies require co-pays, we are required to collect your co-pay at the time of your visit.  If we are not contracted with your insurance, our billing department will provide you with the information needed to file the claim yourself.

Payment is expected at the time of service.  We accept cash, check, Visa, Master Card and American Express.
